Yes, we have a private parking with a capacity of 1 car per room, that is, 6 parking spaces.

Check-in takes place regularly between 15:00 and 20:00. Late check-ins (after 20:00 until 00:00) a late check-in fee may apply.

Check-out must be done by 12:00. If you wish, and depending on our availability, you can make a late check-out for an additional fee.

We keep your luggage if you decide to go for a walk in the city. No additional costs.

At Quinta de São Tomé we have a maximum capacity of 22 people according to the following arrangement:

• ALFAZEMA SUPERIOR STUDIO Total capacity of 3 people, 2 in a double or single bed, 1 in a sofa bed.

• BOLOTA PREMIUM ROOM Total capacity of 3 people, 2 in a double or single bed, 1 in a sofa bed.

• ENDRO PREMIUM ROOM Total capacity of 4 people, 2 in a double or single bed, 2 in an extra bed (1 sofa bed + 1 extra bed).

• PAPOILA PREMIUM ROOM Total capacity of 3 people, 2 in a double or single bed, 1 in an extra bed.

• HORIZONTE PREMIUM APARTMENT Total capacity of 4 people, 2 in a double or single bed, 2 in a sofa bed.

• SEARA SUPERIOR DUPLEX APARTMENT Total capacity of 4 people, 2 in a double bed, 2 in a sofa bed.

• We also have the possibility of adding 1 extra bed (divan type) that can be prepared in the ENDRO PREMIUM ROOM or SEARA SUPERIOR DUPLEX APARTMENT.

Between indoors and outdoors we have several options for kids and adults.

Outside: swimming pool, lawn with goal for football, net for volleyball and rackets, sun loungers, pool bar, grassed areas with shade.

Also outside, we have the Pérgula da Tília where we serve breakfast when good weather permits.

Inside: TV room with giant screen and dining tables; Fireplace room with board games and Playstation; Bar das Andorinhas with tables and a social space; Kitchen with dining tables.

Yes, we do regular maintenance of our saltwater pool and it is open all year round. We know that in spring and summer, the pool is the biggest star of our Quinta, but despite the less hot days that are felt during the other seasons, we know that there are lovers of cold sessions after intense exercise, as a good pedaling on the ecotrack.

Yes, our Quinta is an inclusive space and we accept reservations with children and babies.  We have a crib available for bookings with children up to 1 year and a high chair for meals at no extra cost.

We do not charge for children under 3 years old when sleeping in existing bedding, in the rate for up to 2 people.

Yes, at Quinta de São Tomé we believe that our 4-legged furry friends have the same right to holidays as their owners, which is why we accept small and medium-sized pets on reservations without additional fees*, and large large with an additional fee of 12€/night*.

*If unforeseen events occur, we will apply an extra cleaning fee (20€) or a breakage fee (up to 300€), depending on whichever is applicable to the situation.

In addition to the breakfast included in the reservation, we offer the possibility to make a meal, lunch or dinner reservation. The meal includes starters, main course (meat or fish), dessert, coffee and drinks (bottle of white or red wine and digestive). See current prices.

This service requires prior appointment. To make your reservation, please contact us at the time of booking or let us know your interest during breakfast (for lunch) or until 1 pm (for dinner).

Your reservation includes:

-Breakfast, access to equipment and activities in outdoor spaces (pool, lawn) and indoor spaces (fireplace room with board games and 'playstation', TV room) at the stipulated times.

-Nespresso coffee in the room, and tea.

-Cot, for children up to 3 years old (on request).

- Meals, by appointment (lunch or dinner)

-For bookings with large pets, a fee of €12/night is applied.

-In reservations with pets, an extra cleaning fee (20€) or breakage fee (up to 300€) may apply.

-Extra activities: bike rental, Land Rover ride, hot air balloon ride, wine experiences and wine tasting (activities with our partners that require prior booking).
